Among its Chinese name, the character "Jing" stands for "offering timely support" , and "lin" represents " timely rainfall " or "mercy"; and the office motto is "specialize to be professional, assist to be helpful", meaning "commit to criminal legal service, master high-level professional skills, provide customers with crystal clear, sufficient and quality legal service." Kindall Law Firm was initiated mainly by Xu Zongxin, who is the Managing Director of Zhejiang Lawyers Association, Director of the Criminal Law Committee of Zhejiang Lawyers Association, the Vice President of Hangzhou Lawyers Association and “Outstanding Lawyer of Zhejiang Province”(Honorary Title by Zhejiang Lawyers Association).
